Platform User Guide

1 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use v12vet's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Not prohibited by your local or regional laws from using an online entertainment platform.
• Have never had an account previously closed by v12vet due to a terms violation.
• Registering under your own name — registering on behalf of another person is not allowed.
• Providing true, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration.

V12vet reserves the right to request proof of age or identity verification documents at any time. Accounts unable to verify age eligibility will be suspended until verification is successfully completed.

2 User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at v12vet. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Forfeit all balances, bonuses, and wins in the affected account.
• Permanent ban from the v12vet platform.

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and account password confidential. v12vet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the v12vet support team immediately. We offer two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of security and strongly encourage all users to enable it.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal

V12vet supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including FPX transfers, e-wallets, and digital assets. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit is MYR 30 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are credited to your account within minutes after payment confirmation.
• V12vet does not charge any processing fees on deposits.
• Funds must be legitimate and belong to the registered user.

Withdrawal Policy:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• The recipient bank account or e-wallet must be registered under the same name as the v12vet account holder.
• V12vet does not charge any withdrawal fees.
• Processing time: e-wallet (≤ 5 minutes), FPX (15–30 minutes), bank transfer (30–60 minutes).

4 Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers available at v12vet are subject to their respective specific terms and conditions as stated on the relevant promotions page. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering requirement must be met in full before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus type may only be claimed once per account unless otherwise stated.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time — except for cashback and rebates, which are credited separately.
• Claimed bonuses cannot be converted back to cash without meeting the rollover requirements.
• V12vet reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5 Game Rules

All games at v12vet use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has undergone independent auditing to ensure fair and random outcomes. v12vet does not modify or manipulate game results in any way.

• Results generated by the game system are final.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, v12vet will review the system logs and provide a fair resolution — including a refund where applicable.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and must be observed.
• When using bonus funds, the maximum bet per round is generally set at MYR 10 unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• V12vet reserves the right to void any bets or wins obtained through technical errors, incorrect price displays, or other exceptional circumstances.

6 User Conduct & Responsibility

V12vet users are required to act honestly, responsibly, and in respect of all platform policies. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technological means to play or conduct transactions.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Registering or using a fake account, another person's account, or a false identity.
• Using illegally obtained funds or conducting any transactions related to money laundering.
• Threatening, harassing, or acting in a disrespectful manner towards support staff or other users.
• Attempting to access v12vet's systems, databases, or confidential information without authorisation.

V12vet reserves the right to take action against any account that violates these rules, including temporary suspension, permanent closure, and legal action.

7 Data Privacy & Security

• Your personal data will not be sold, transferred, or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by User: You may request account closure at any time by contacting v12vet customer support. Prior to closure, please ensure all cash funds (excluding bonuses) in the account have been withdrawn.

Closure by v12vet: v12vet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities detected.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• The user is unable to verify their identity or age when requested.
• Upon instruction from authorities or as required by legal compliance obligations.

9 Responsible Gaming

V12vet's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Amendments to Terms and Conditions
