The registration process is straightforward and takes less than 2 minutes. Go to the Register, enter your full name, phone number, email address and choose a password. You'll receive a verification code via SMS or email. Once your account is verified, you can make your first deposit and start playing right away.

The minimum age is 18. V12Vet enforces strict age verification through the KYC process during registration. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to register or use our platform under any circumstances.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one account at V12Vet. Owning multiple accounts violates our Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended along with the forfeiture of any funds held.

You'll need to provide a copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport. For address verification, a recent bank statement or utility bill (no older than 3 months) may be requested. Documents are processed within 24 hours on business days and are only accessed by the authorised verification team.
Deposit & Payment

V12Vet accepts a variety of deposit methods including FPX bank transfers, e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost), and direct bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other major local banks. All transactions are processed with full SSL encryption.

Deposits via FPX and e-wallets are typically credited instantly or within 5 minutes. Direct bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank. If your deposit hasn't been credited after the stated timeframe, please contact our customer support with proof of transaction.

Yes, for security and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes, withdrawals can only be made to a bank account bearing the same name as your V12Vet account. This ensures funds are transferred only to an account that legitimately belongs to you.

Withdrawals may be declined for several reasons: KYC verification is incomplete, bonus wagering requirements have not been met, bank account details do not match, or the account is under a security review. Contact our support team with your withdrawal request number for further clarification.

Bonus & Promotions

New V12Vet members are eligible for an attractive first deposit bonus. The bonus amount and percentage may vary based on current promotions. Check the Promotions for the latest offers and applicable terms including wagering requirements.

A wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling a certain multiple of the bonus value before the bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 10x requirement means you must wager a total of RM 1,000 first. Requirements vary by promotion.

Weekly cashback is calculated automatically based on your total gaming activity over the past seven days. The cashback percentage depends on your VIP level — the higher the level, the greater the cashback. Cashback funds are credited to your account every Monday. Generally, only one active bonus is allowed at a time. Certain special promotions may allow stacking, but this will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Make sure you read the terms and conditions of each promotion before claiming it.
